MEAD HONEY

Mead or hydromel, popularly known as “honey wine”, is the oldest alcoholic beverage produced by man – before wine or beer.
Etymologically “hydromel” derives from a Greek and Latin compound word (Greek: idor = water and Latin mel, mellis = honey).
To produce it you must put together water, honey and natural flavours and wait patiently for fermentation to start and the sugars to turn into alcohol. The result is a unique, sweet drink with interesting oxidized notes, which softly reveals the aroma of the honey that generated it.

INGREDIENTS: Water, honey, natural flavours (without the addition of alcohol)
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% vol
STORAGE: Store in a cool place at costant temperature
PAIRINGS: Ideal at room temperature after meals to promote digestion, and excellent if served cold to accompany desserts
NOTE: It does not contain added sulphates
