ORGANOLEPTIC ASPECTS:
COLOUR: Very light yellow when liquid, and white when solid
SCENT: Light, pleasant, it reminds one of the fragrant perfume of orange blossom
FLAVOUR: Pleasant, delicate
CONSISTENCY: Liquid; it spontaneously crystallizes some months after harvesting
CONSERVATION: Room temperature sheltered from the sun
SIZES: 1kg – 500g – 250g – 50g
